RECOVER THE INTENSITY AND DEPTH
OF YOUR IRIS WITHOUT MASCARA
Ideally, use a felt-tip eye-liner and dot a line along the lash line, starting from the outer corner of the eye, first on top, then underneath, stopping at about 1/3 of the eye.
Connect these dots with a thin or, ideally, a beveled brush, progressing inwards.
Use the same technique with a pencil for sensitive eyes, but set your line with eye-shadow in the same shade to make it last.
If your eyes look tired, brighten the inner corner of your eye with a small touch of beige, champagne or pinkish iridescent eye-shadow (avoid using white).
If your eyes are watery, use waterproof pencils.
Carine’s tip
- If your eye allows you to do so, you can gently apply anthracite, prune, dark brown, khaki, or bronze eye-shadow to the external corners of the upper and lower lids (1/3) near the lash line. This will widen your eye.
- It is preferable to avoid using too much color on fragile eyes or listless eyelids. This would only accentuate the dehydration creases and weigh your eye down.
BRING YOUR MOUTH BACK
Before applying any products, remember to moisturize your lips using a specific balm or a cold cream.
To restore their natural pigmentation, select a rosewood tint and pat your lipstick on with your fingertip. Avoid matte or ink lipsticks, as they will dry out your lips.
